On October 26, 2025, CGA and Thamar (Agricultural Marketing and Food Processing Mutual Aid Association) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a crucial step in their collaboration to advance modern agricultural development and promote sustainable agricultural practices in the Jazan region. The signing ceremony took place in Riyadh, followed by a friendly visit and in-depth discussions by the CGA delegation to Thamar.

Based on the principles of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation outlined in the MOU, the two parties will collaborate in several key areas. These include agricultural technology exchange and promotion, sustainable agricultural project development, agricultural product market expansion, and professional talent cultivation. This collaboration aims to leverage CGA's expertise in green agricultural technology, resource management, and market networks, combined with Thamar's deep understanding of the local agricultural ecosystem and market, to jointly explore and implement efficient and environmentally friendly agricultural solutions tailored to the characteristics of the Jazan region.
During the signing ceremony, representatives from both sides expressed high expectations for the future of the partnership. Mr. Chen Li, Chairman of CGA, stated in his address: "We are very pleased to establish a strategic partnership with Thamar. The Jazan region possesses unique agricultural resources and development potential. CGA is committed to bringing our advanced experience and technologies in sustainable agriculture to Jazan. Through practical cooperation, we aim to support the upgrading of the local agricultural industry and contribute to ensuring food security and increasing farmers' income." A representative from Thamar's Jazan branch responded, stating: "Partnering with an industry leader like CGA is crucial for the future development of agriculture in our region. Following the signing ceremony, the CGA delegation, accompanied by Thamar representatives, visited relevant agricultural facilities and project sites, holding productive discussions on the implementation details of initial cooperative projects.

The signing of this MOU and the successful visit have laid a solid foundation for deepening future cooperation between the two parties, heralding a new chapter in the modernization of agriculture in the Jazan region through the joint efforts of CGA and Thamar.
